
Pre-School
Our pre-school program is offered to boys and girls ages 2-5 years old, who are not in school yet. We run three sessions (fall, winter & spring) per year of 11 weeks each session. Each participate will receive a certificate at the end of each term.
We run two types of classes for our pre-school age, below is more information of each class we offer this for age group.
Parent and Tot age 2-3yrs (45min/wk):
- Cost : $200 per session
- A child-directed class in a fun and safe environment. Participants will be introduced to a variety of age-appropriate gymnastics skills, circuits and activities . Each class will be led by our certified pre school director and trained coaches. Parents/ caregivers are required to actively participate with the child at each class. 1 adult only per child allowed on the floor.
Tini Tumblers ages 4-5yrs (not in school in 2026) (55min/wk):
- Cost: $220 per session
- A structured class for kids who are ready to participate independently. Through a variety of movement and age-appropriate gymnastics skills, circuits and activities.

Recreation
Our recreation program is for boys and girls ages 5 (who are in school) and up. We run three sessions (fall, winter & spring) per year made up of 11 weeks each session. We have three levels in our recreation program: beginner, intermediate and advance. Each participant will receive a progress report at the end of each term.
We run three types of classes each class is based on age and level.
Beginner 5 (or children starting Kindergarten in 2026) to 7yrs (1hr/wk):
- Cost $235 per session
- This 60 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This class is offered to boys and girls ages 5 and up. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s). Completion of level 2 or turning 8 is required to move into the intermediate level, whichever happens first.

Intermediate 5+yrs (1.5hr/wk):
- Cost is $250 per session
- This 90 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This class is offered to boys and girls ages 5 and up. We offer separate classes for children age 5-7 (who have completed beginner levels 1 & 2) and children age 8+ in this class. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s). Completion of level 4 is required to move to the advanced program.

Advanced 6yrs+ (2hr/wk):
- Cost is $285 per session
- This 120 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This class is offered to boys and girls ages 6+. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level(s)

- Level 5
- Level 6
All Recreational athletes are required to purchase an annual recreational membership the first time they register for the year (our year runs Sept-Aug). It is $75 for the year and covers their Insurance Fee for our club, GPEI & Gymnastics Canada, as well as their Equipment Fee. The membership fee is non refundable.

Competitive
Saultos is now the largest gymnastics facility on Prince Edward Island with over 21,500 square feet for dedicated training space with all Olympic apparatus. We also have one of the largest free foam safety pits in Atlantic Canada. Our competitive athletes are perennial qualifiers to the Atlantic, Eastern and Canadian Championships with numerous all around, and event champions. Highlights from our team include 2 event finalists at the 2023 Canada Games.
Competitive teams are chosen by head coaching staff; based on assessment and by performance at summer camp or the previous year’s performance.
Cost is based on the number of training hours per week, competition fees, club and GPEI fee.
